Could this be recoloured please?

Hi friends  ;)

The original of this photo was laminated  :-X - when I had a copy made it came out with bands of colour on it for some reason.

I would be most grateful if anyone could have a go at re-colouring it for me please.

It is my late aunt - she had dark blue eyes and almost black hair.
