Has anyone got any infromation regarding what Military barracks where around on Guernsey and Jersey about this period.

There's been lots of them in Jersey, both large and small.
Have a look at
http://www.guernsey-society.org.uk/donkipedia/index.php5?title=Family_research
and search on "Barracks" as a starting point.
Is there anything specific you are looking for?

Cheers for that, have an old military photo which I believe may have been taken at the Greve De Leque barracks ( sorry if thats the wrong spelling) but it needs to be renovated before i can really be sure
