I'm looking for a lead for a man named Herbert Barker my understanding is he may have worked as a customs agent, or lived in a home owned by the customs near Cleethorpes Road (sp?), near Rigby Street?
He may have had an association with Lucy Wilkins, b in 1863.
Have checked 1891c house No’s 1 – 260 Cleethorpe Road Great Grimsby Caistor Lincolnshire NOBODY named BARKER occ Customs Agent
