No its not that, I am unsure when and where Bertha Cohen died and was buried. That's why I wanted to see this particular headstone to check the Hebrew.  However since making the posting I believe she died much sooner than that

Hi Hgreenla

Though you have been accurate with your information that has led to Calverley Lad great finds and grave headstone photo as to a Bertha Cohen who died 2 Dec 1982, being a grave of modern times, can you relate more information as to your Bretha's history known to you ? and that may give us  indications , where she lived most of her life. Did she have a trade or craft vocation with history of it, or a family, most obvious her approx year of birth and most important is she a family relative with known history ? but be careful what you post as to your family history connections to living people. - just basic stuff to find the right death year and grave.

In short! you are asking members of Rootschat to go seeking grave location information and to find an actual grave in a graveyard or cemetery to photo a grave which is fine!! when the grave is known to be the right correct for your family history and members will sometimes put themselves out to go that ex mile at their own expense and time to find a headstone or MI for that reason to help another member.

What we don't usually do ? is go looking for grave cemetery location or MI info on the pretext that it maybe or not be the right grave or to find info that's needed at attain if its the right person in the grave unless the info is on line.
In my opinion the marriage residence is not always the place of birth. Never forget Workhouse and overseers accounts records of birth

It used to be, to post 3 times on any thread to use a PM service to new members but you have 4 posts so your PM service should be open to use. ;)
