hi len ,  all these nickolls   william nickolls born baldons polly elizebeth smith from iffley oxford . are my fathers grand parents my great grand parents .  susanna jones was williams sister   nee susanna nickolls .sidney smith was pollys father her mother was nee  martha white from iffley oxford.  william was married before first wife  .possible pollys older sister which they had 6 children  mary ann being one  williams fist wife posssible name also mary ann. i have all the names of children from first wife. my grand father charles nickolls was from second wife polly.

Nice to hear from you. My wifes G Grandmother was Mary Ann Nickolls who married William Henry Naylor 13 years her junior in 1898 in Oxford.

A Granddaughter of this marriage (still living) remembers as a child visiting her Great Aunt Rhoda in Thame.

Hi Len, thanks for reply ,i also had great auntie rhoda rosetta  smith nickolls .lived  on southern by pass  berkshire oxford . her neice  joyce nickolls my aunt. has died 91 in 2007.and passed photos on to me of polly elizebeth  rhoda etc  . i seem to remember my aunt saying  the name naylor. what was your wives maiden name.
