Mary Ann Nickolls mother

I am trying to find the mother of Mary Ann Nickolls born Iffley Oxford 5 Oct 1861.
Her Father was William Nickolls born Baldon Oxford 29 Jul 1826 I would appreciate if you could find a date for his marriage. I also believe that his wife died and he remarried a Polley Elizabeth? As she appears on the 1881 and 1891 census as his wife.

Ann S dtr age 8 mths bn Iffley

so looks like first wife is Mary Ann

Some of the information I had seen but would still like to know about the second marriage to Polley Elizabeth ? who according to the 1881 census has her being born in Cowley.
