I feel that some of those journalists are just vultures! It makes me angry.

All those in ChCh are in our thoughts and prayers.

Watching the news this afternoon my eldest daughter and I just cried, so sad.

I've been sitting here reading all these messages and have a huge lump in my throat from all the love that's flowing out from everyone...keep it up R/chatters, Christchurch needs your kind thoughts.

Re the journalist.....should've had more sense than to be using up that poor woman's mobile phone battery anyway! That made me angry!

The news has just reported that there may be a final total of 200-400 deaths. So many families torn apart by this tragedy.

Hard to comprehend Lil.   Looking at the images it is just like a war zone.   Pets were just getting reunited with owners from the last few quakes. I see that the students are volunterring again to help out.
