Thanks for the quick reply!

Mary could read and write according to the Irish census of 1901, and her Mother Jane was born in Donegal ireland. Her Father John was born in Ireland.

She and her sister Elizabeth went over as Nuns. Elizabeth died shortly after getting to the USA (year unknown).

Ellen did not and married to a Shultz (spelling may be wrong).

In case it helps, the passenger list says that Mary was going to join her father John Farren, 352 Quincy Street, Brooklyn, New York.

Nellie/Ellen Farren (16) went to New York on 22/09/1912, to her sister Mary Farren, at 8 W 16 Street New York.
I have been told she married someone called Schultz (spelling may be way off).
I dont know when or where though, or if they had children.

thanks
