Hi,
    A tiny bit extra. William Austin Brennan lived at 5, Newington Ave. Antrim Road,  Belfast and was registered as a doctor in Ireland in 1941. His qualifications were M.B. B.Ch. obtained at Queens University, Belfast in 1940.

We may now be able to track him down via GMC or similar.
He may have left the country after his father died in 1942.
