ELIZA COOK - Death look up please

Could someone please look up the death of Eliza Cook. (nee McCormick) - I believe between 1971 and 1881.  The last I see her is in the 1871 Census - 8 Sheridan Place, Bootle, West Derby, Lancashire as Eliza Cook, head,  widow, 60, b. Scotland

Assuming the age (60 yrs) on the 1871 census is right - ish, there is this one on freebmd Elizabeth Cook age 71, West Derby District vol 8b page 337, q/e Sep 1881

If that is the correct death - she should be on the 1881 census

Could be coincidence and birthyear is way out

1875 marriage of Eliza Cook to Amos Wolstenholme on freebmd

1881 shows Eliza Wolstenholme b Scotland but birthyear is 1825.  Amos was b 1827

Amos was previously married to Ann Williams in 1852.  Ann died June qtr 1874

There is no Eliza Cook b 1825 Scotland on the 1871

Carole W, thank you for the additional info, but I do believe the original age was correct - it is the same in previous census information.  Also, in the 1841 census she has a 7 year old so I dont think Eliza of Eliza and Amos is her. 

She was married to Daniel Cook (although I cannot find marriage info, I gather sometime between 1828-1941 (likely 1933-34 or so).   But I have been unable to find any information here either.  The marriage could have taken plce in Ireland -the cenus says she was either born in Renfrew or Ireland. ??

Perhaps there will be some information on the death record

If she died in the September qtr of 1881 - she should be on the 1881 census

I suspect that death refers to the 1881 entry for Betsy Cooke aged 69 b Liverpool a servant on the 1881 but shown as widowed
