I thought it was greenhouse.
Older women didn't always follow fashion like younger ones but she does have a lace mantle popular early 1900's.
The older chaps waistcoat doesn't look English & does have a Bavarian look to it.

In Germany wedding rings are worn on the right hand. Men often wear their ring on the left hand usually to avoid getting caught up in any machinery they have to use at work.

Seems to me that the older woman is wearing an Apron. Does not help much as they became part of National dress and might even be worn as "Sunday Best".
If they were Spanish I'd have expected black hair and eyes though I think North West Spain may be fairer.
I notice the tiles or whatever they are in the background are not all the same width - which one would expect - so what is it?

Also in Scandinavia wedding rings worn on the right hand. A Danish friend told me they wear the wedding ring on the left hand during the engagement, then transfer it to the left hand at marriage.
