Maybe some of the R.C's out there can help me.  I have come out in mouth ulcers, it is so hard to eat, drink and talk (much to the relief of my children)

Suzy W

Suzy, I am the queen of mouth ulcers, was for 10 years, when I came back from my OE.   I was given every available prescription there was for them, nothing worked.   Found a good one when I was in Rarotonga years ago, but dr would not prescribe it here.   I haven't had a bad attack for years, get the odd one or three at the same time.

Keep drinking as I found that helped, cause it sure does hurt when mouth is dry.    One thing lately I have found helps is apple cider vinegar in water, swill your mouth out with it.

Cheers
KHP

It was 4.5 and at a depth of 40m apparently enough to rattle people and houses, the quake struck at 10.07pm

I now feel I must move on to Prime and take in their news...
Alan

May I put my plug in for Aljazeera news on Stratos?  I enjoy the non American or US fed stories.  Though you may need prime for more local news...

KHP - you are a font of knowledge!  Thank goodness you are back!  Now I need to get some apple cider just in case...
