.....

....

Most of the townlands in the Poor Law Union of Baltinglass are in Co. Wicklow but it also includes a number of townlands in counties Kildare and Carlow.

You can check a list of the townlands included in the PLU on the townland database at www.thecore.com/seanruad  Enter Baltinglass in the Poor Law Union search box and click search to view the list.

(A Poor Law Union usually corresponds to a Registration district)

The townlands of Knocklishen More & Beg are in eastern county Carlow and to the north west of Hacketstown. The townlands appear to be very close to the Carlow/Wicklow county border. The Wicklow village of Kiltegean is only about 4km to the north east.  See Knicklishen More, Carlow to Kiltegan, Wicklow (google map)

If the family lived in Ireland you can search for them in both 1901 and 1911 census records-

If you post a link to the 1901 census entry we might be able to find the same family in 1911 for you.

Here a link to the family in 1901-
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Wicklow/Donaghmore/Coolamaddra/1808452

Richard Tutty (age 71 in 1901) possibly died a short while later-
DEATH REGISTRATION: Richard Tutty, age 71, Apr./June 1901 Baltinglass district volume 2 page 316.

Age is a few years off but possibly young Richard in 1911?

Anne and two younger boys still in Coolamaddra (mistranscribed as Tulty)-
