I would like to know if the Housego's are decended from the Huguenots, can anyone please help?

I think you might need to tell us a bit more; for example where was the Housego family based and what dates are you talking about.  And also what you already know so that we don't tell you things you already know!  ;)

I have no tangible information other than a hint that the Housego's could have originated from the Huguenots, no hard facts to work on.  I have Ancestors residing in Norfolk and Suffolk in 1700's and later some moving to the London area and the surname spelt in various ways.

So were they ever living in Hampshire?  There was a Huguenot church in Southampton for example.
