Kelly's Dir 1936-1950 Harts Green, East Sussex

Can anyone please help with a look up to see who was living at
Harts Green Farm, Harts Green, Westfield, Nr Battle, East Sussex.
During WW2. 
I think there is a gap in Kelly's directory between 1939 and 1946.
Any info about the farm during WW2 would also be a help.

No Kellys directories produced between the war years.  Unless someone can come up with an alternative, I suggest you initially look at the directories before and after WW2 and hope that a repeat of the same family name suggests continuous occupancy.    Roy G
