The asking price of the house is £949,949, I am a little surprised it wasn't £666,666. Have seen a phot by googlinmg property for sale Kew, the photographer has done an amazing job in making it look respectable, taken it from a distance to get all of the building in. It is under offer at present, amazing, must be Lord montague looking for exhibits!Photos to be posted on sunday hopefully.

As viewers will realise the site is still very difficult to access, the clearance for the sale has been partially undone by the profusion of sale signs! At least 3 different agents, one thing the south can learn from the north, I believe you get a much more effective sales service if one estate agent has sole rights until a sale is made or until he is sacked, rather than a crowd, squabbling like vultures over something else's kill!

thanks for posting pics but as you say and from what we,ve already seen you were lucky to get those shots at all ,as it is from the front it doesn,t look too bad but who knows what the rear might be like ,as to sign boards i thought that it was law now to only have one sign up even if it,s got different co,s on either side but like all things co,s wait till there told to change it then do something about it .

The estate agent(s) had managed to make the photo of the house look civilized. the side view was pretty grim for photography, as for the back of the vehicle it seemed to have collapsed, perhaps under the weight of the motor mower. The back of the house is anyone's guess, I wonder if there will be skips outside next time I visit?
