Hi Fraher! Welcom to very best and friendliest genealogical site.My much loved Elder saw this post and the lack of assistance offered thus far,and his collar heated up a little, asked me to give you a hand.He had the same problem with his quest, just a trail of breadcrumbs to follow initially, which through Irish persistence finally brought him what was available, plus of course the aid of some very experienced   people and sites. Now,preamble done with,to a start
You have the rare but not unusual Maurice forename, the last address,an interlinked surname Condon, and census records where applicable.Passenger lists for New Zealand where available. As a last resort, the Waterford Heritage people, costing you a an accepable donation and search fee.For which you will need to have done some investigation into the foregoing subjects, not easy and discipline in the quest is paramount!Keep your objective the main point.
This reply won't give you reason to celebrate I don't doubt, but it is sincerely hoped it may give you a kick start.
Wishing you the very best of luck.
