I would be grateful if someone could help?

A William Warner married a Ruth Perry on the 2nd March 1764 in Bourton On The Water.

William was an ancestor of mine and I was hoping the Parish records might give more information on him eg his birth place etc.

They spent most of their time in the Southleigh area of Oxfordshire. However the brick walls have sprung up!

This may be your answer. The Bourton records have:

W^m Warner, widower, of Stanton Harcourt, married
Ruth Perrey, spinster, o.t.p.
2 March 1764

Both signed the register, and there were no relatives as witnesses.

Thank you very much for looking that up for me, it has been most helpful in telling me that he came from the parish of Stanton Harcourt, shame there were no witnesses!
