John Hughes the second child of Richard & Catherine Hughes of Llanarmon D.C..John Hughes married a Mary Thomas,of Camhelig.They had a family of 9 children they all but two died infants, Mary married the Rev Hugh Jones B.A Principal of the Baptist College,Llangollen the second surviving child of John & Mary Hughes was Thomas Hughes of Llangollen who first married Mary,died 1863 the daughter of the Rev .John Pritchard,Langollen (his daughter by his first wife is the wife of Mr W G Dodd of Llangollen) Thomas Hughes second marriage is to Emily Jane daughter of Mr Edward Stephen Jones Esq, of Eirianfa, Llangollen.
Thomas Hughes died in1896,he and Emily (Emmy) Jane had 3 son's & 5 daughters. Regards Annun
