restoration please if possible

Found this photo in a box of photos that my grand parents left me when they died, knowing I was interested in family history. I havent a clue who she is or which side of the family she is from, im guessing its 1920/1930.
But she is the spit image of my youngest daughter at around the same age. I love the picture and have it on display even though it is only a small picture I would love to see her a bit better if that is possible

GUIDE FOR PHOTO RESTORATIONS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SCANNER BED IS CLEAN AND SCAN AT A RESOLUTION OF 300-600 WITH THE SCALE AT 100% MINIMUM.

If you would like a coloured version, details such as hair colour , eyes and clothing etc.  if known  would be helpful to restorers

thanx to all for your help. The  more I look at the photo the more she looks like charlie I just wish I knew who she was  ::)
