It's tricky, but given what you know about the later censuses, the evidence suggests that John and Margaret are probably siblings so Donald McLean, the sawyer, and Ann Mcleod are likely to be the parents. It's a bit of a percentage game though and I'd rate this couple as slightly better odds at the moment.
I think you really do need to get the marriage cert of Margaret and Peter Dutton so that you can get Donald's occupation

The Parish records from Christ Church, Crowton on family search pilot has her father as Donald Maclean but no occupation. Peter's father is William - which explains their son's name. Unfortunately, Peter's mother is an Ann so we can't say that the Ann in Sarah Ann came from Margaret's mother

However, there is no Mary, which again favours Ann as her mother.
The two trees on Ancestry (both Harkiss) have the other family but they don't have her married to anyone either!
