Billington aka Billinge

Does anyone have access please to any records that would assist with the parents of Joseph Billington aka Billinge baptised 1699 and died 27 /01/1757, Wybunbury.
Buried St Chads Churchyard cemetery Wybunbury, Cheshire.
Attached marriage document.

It is alleged it is Joseph Billington aka Billinge baptised 1663 Wybunbury and married to a Ann (Clarke ?)
Billington and Billinge were common used surname in Cheshire.

I have noticed too that Billington in the St Mary's Register, Nantwich can appear as Billinge!

This is a long shot..... I have been looking for the parents of:
Hugh Billington b abt 1742 Nantwich Occ: Hatter

I have his marriage to Margaret Minshull b abt 1745 Nantwich:
Marriage 1st Feb 1767 Nantwich St. Mary's.

I have both their deaths:
Hugh buried 27.12.1811 Nantwich
Margaret buried 02.06.1811 Nantwich

Does Hugh Billington appear in your family tree please?  Todate, I have been unable to find his parents and the parents of Margaret Minshull.
