There's an Elizabeth Smallie in the first part, who is described as relict of the deceased, and there's a few other names dotted about too...I'll have another go!

Elizabeth Smeallie was married to John Pirret:

John PIRRET (aka Pirat) was born about 1600 in Scotland

John married Christiane FLEMYNG in 1st Jul 1624 in Kilsyth, Stirling, Scotland. Christiane died before 1633.

John next married Elizabeth SMEALIE before 1633. Elizabeth died after 1677.

Children from this marriage were:
William PIRRET (aka Pirat, Pirrate) was born in 1633 and was christened on 14 Apr 1633 in Lenzie, Stirling, Scotland.
David PIRRET was born in 1648 in Easter Gartshore Kirkintilloch Scotland and was christened on 9Mar 1648.

Do these names shed any light, it looks as if it is part of my anscestors, just would love to know what it say's.  Thanks for your assistance...

This is a very, very quick go - there were bits I didn't spend much time on, but I think I got all the names:

I didn't manage the rest of this section.

There doesn’t seem to be any mention of Pirrets in this section, it refers to a William Flemming (written as Flyming).

Again, I didn't manage the rest of this.  The witness was John Reid (Jo: Reid)

Thanks for all your time, it is strange it mentions William Fleming, I will need to find Christiane Flemings details as this is his first wife. John died in March 58, maybe the 2 females were fighting for what ever he had?????

Well at least I know it is linked to my anscestors, thanks again.
