Could it be Broad Weir in Bristol?

at first glance I thought the county was Gloucestershire, too, but on a second look it could be Carmarthenshire?

I wondered about Carmarthenshire but I think it is Gloucestershire and although I live there it doesn't look like anywhere I know!
I would agree with Broadweir which used to be in Gloucestershire.

Broad Weir in Bristol is little more than a street located about where Bristol Castle stood in the old city, most of which was lost to German bombing in 1940.It was also the scene of an horrific incident in 1942 when a lone bomber in daylight hit a loaded double decker bus.

Could it be a mistranscription of the Cotswold town of Broadway in Gloucestershire.
