Lucy (junior) is a widow in 1851.

There is this death:

James would have been born before the start of civil registration (July 1837) - you need to get parish registers (I think) to get details of him.

And there are 13 James Fuller's in Sussex in 1841!
So it's probably best to get the marriage certificate, as that will have ages, addresses and father's names.

Marriages March qtr 1846  Lewes  Vol 7, page 515
FULLER, James
WASHER, Lucy

There are 20 births registered in Lewes with a surname FULLER between 1845 and 1851.
It is not possible (using FreeBMD) to determine whose are Lucy & James children.

Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

Nicola - I am not sure where you are getting your original information from but I am concerned that it is not accurate.  For example Lucy Gorringe and John Washer married in Barcombe, not "Kingbury". There have been various other questionable events in your other posts.  Are you working back from proven facts or have you taken some of this from another person's published research on the internet?  Sadly, a lot of what is out there can be totally wrong.   Anything on the IGI which is "member submitted" has to be treated with great caution.  You need to check it all by looking at parish registers, census and after 1837 getting certificates to back up the research.  Using the sites suggested on your other posts will help you a lot with the basic facts.  As you seem to have a lot of Sussex families then joining the Sussex Family History Group would give you access to their database - an invaluable resource for thos with Sussex ancestors.
This is a great hobby but a slip early on can have you chasing the wrong family for generations - we have all done that in our time!
Regards
Andrea
