Decipher sections on birth certificate

Would appreciate any input on the following columns on the attached birth certificate:

Text underneath mother's name, residence & under the date of birth.

This girl was with Fred* Smith in the 1891 census, with a Grandmother - Maria Smith - aged 61 ...

RG12/Piece: 2461 Folio 36 Page 10 Solihull, Bentley Heath

Maybe her Cert will show more ?

Births Jun 1885   
 
Smith  Julia Daisy    Solihull  6d 548



Added: In the 1881 census, Maria is married to a William and they have a 14 year old daughter Maria

Thanks very much to you all.  I need glasses!!
This is my husband's grandfather, family rumour was that he was left on a doorstep, wondering if this was the case OR he was the illegitimate son of Maria Smith (daughter). 
Tati, I will try and rescan, when I enlarge it becomes illegible, will keep trying.
