Occupation Automobile Mechanic for Whitman Sawyer. Public Garage. 697 Congress Street. Portland. Maine. Sindle. Described as Short/Medium Build. Brown Eyes and Dark Brown Hair. No distinguishing Marks. Dated June 5 th 1917.  You can find him in Canadian Attestation Papers as well.

Court District: Maine  Date of Action: 22 Apr 1925. Residing:- 214 High Street. Portland. Maine.

1920 George is a lodger in  Oak Street. Portland Ward 5, Cumberland, Maine. It states immigration year of 1913. AL. Chauffeur at garage.

This is a possible Boston Passenger entry for Mary Mcphee. Aged 17 Born about 1874. Occupation:- Servant. Last residence just says PEI (so could that be Petitcodiac !!)
Port of Departure: Halifax, Nova Scotia to Boston. Massachusetts on SS Carroll. Arrival Date 31 August 1891

That is an amazing amount of information you found. I can hardly believe it. You must be a very good researcher......and such detail on the border crossing. Wish they had been more detailed back when. I did know about Warren but not about George. Need to study this more to take all in.

Family obviously went back and forwards - Kenneth Charles McPhee appears on Canadian Attestation Papers and WW1 Draft. (alhough his names are the other way round on the draft - birth date agrees:-

WW1 Draft:- Charles Kenneth Mcphee. Born 25th Oct 1886 Petitcodiac. New Brunswick. Canada. Residing :- 17 Hancock. Dorchester. Massachusetts.
Employed by American Exprss Company. North Terminal Station. Boston. Married - has a wife and one child. The wife@s name appearing on the Canadian Attestation papers was Joan. Medium Height/Medium Build - Blue Eyes - Light Brown Hair and no distinguishing marks. Dated June 5 th 1917.

The Canadian Attestation Papers were dated June 26th 1917. Occupation :- Officer Help. Resides at the Dorchester address. It is stamped 228 O S Battalion - The New Brunswick Rifles - Sir Sam's Own.

There is a Joan A McPhee Born 1887 Scotland -  Aged 37 years crossing the border from Canada to the USA. Port of arrival:-  St Albans, Vermont - June 1919.
Joan is widowed. Travelling from Petitcodiac. New Brunswick. Mother-In-law (written |Moth'l) :- Eliza. Going to Rowley. Massachusetts.

This could possibly be the Charles Kenneth Mc Phee on the Canadian Burials Register.

Charles Kenneth Mcphee - Death Date: 10 Aug 1918  - Unit: 72nd Battalion  - Rank: Private 1031003 - Killed in Action :- 12.30pm 10 August 1918 - (While advancing with his Compnay at Maucourt - Hit in the head with piece of schrapnel and instantly killed) Burial at Hillside British Cemetery - 7  Miles North North East of Moreuil, France.
