If you look at the dates on the previous string, you will see they are all 4 years old, so relate to 2011, when SFHG's annual revamp of the code members needed to access their website was delayed.  SFHG revamp their code so that former members who fail to renew, can no longer take advantage of their services, but there is usually a short overlap period when the old code is still active and the new one has yet to be released and recognized. 

So write to the membership secretary and they should be able to sort things for you.

Hi Roy, I'm thinking the reply was for me    I thought maybe the previous replies were oldies but couldn't see a year.
