Canada does not have a central register for BMD as it is a provincial jurisdiction. I see that the couple married in British Columbia. If that is where they stayed then you won't be able to access birth information on children as BC privacy laws protect births from less than 120 years ago. Marriage records up to 1934 are currently accessable at the BC Archives.
The LDS Search site has transcriptions of BC deaths up to 1986 (
https://www.familysearch.org/) although doing a quick search I didn't see any entries that might be their children.
If the family left BC and settled elsewhere, most provinces have privacy laws which protect births from less than 100 years ago.
Your best bet may be checking newspapers in the area where they lived for BMD announcements.
