a possible marriage for Patrick and Bridget, although it would mean they were married just a month or two at the time of the census rather than the 1 year indicated on the form :

 Name: Patrick Lynch
 Registration district: Rathkeale
 Event type: Marriage
 Quarter and year: Jan-Mar 1911
 Volume : 5   / Page: 475

 Name: Bridget Meehan
 [same references as Patrick]

Rathkeale is in Co. Limerick and about 30km south-west of Limerick City. The registration district of Rathkeale includes the town and quite a large area of the surrounding county.

A marriage cert would give would more details, such as their father's name and occupations.

the only official place to order certs is the GRO - see their website at www.groireland.ie for contact details. I dont know if they accept debit cards.

For details on ordering certs see the topic : Ordering Certs from GRO Roscommon

People have mentioned ordering certs without a credit card, and have included payment by way of a €5 note with their cert order (see the topic link mentioned above for some comments on this).
