I've not found a death for Helliwell, Though there is one for Helliwell Stott, the stonemason's apprintice, in Chesterfield. Helliwell is a very local name.

Mosiefish's suggestion seems good. A George Scarr is registered in Manchester Q4 of 1877, aged 60 (8d 200).

Betty Scarr seems to have died in Chorlton in Q4 of 1901 (8c 476), though I've not found her in 1881, 1891 or 1901.

I take it the George Helliwell Scarr who is buried in Southern cemetery is named after his ancestor?
He was buried on 7th Oct 1960 age 71 along with Susannah Scarr who is buried on 18th Sept 1978 age 90.
