A few kilometres west of Glenrowan in Victoria close to Benalla. You can use google maps to locate it.

Thanks Crisane.   I think I may have found a lost rellie.   He was reported missing in SA, 1890ish.    He entered a competition for a Tea Copany and his name appears as one of many who won a prize in a West Australian newspaper 1907.    He was a miner from Wallaroo.   Fleurieu.

What a great way to find a rellie. My descendants have no hope of finding me that way. Last time I won anything was two purple cushions at my son's school raffle when he was 5 and he's 46 now! :) I really needed purple shot taffeta cushions. Mind you the ticket was only two cents.

Yes, but I think Eugene was hiding from his wife and newly born daughter.   Bet he thought he would never be found.  I have been after him for about 30 years, though. Now have to find if he had another family and where he is buried.   Fleurieu.  ;D
