Could anyone manage to please clean up this photo? Pity noone can make him smile

He doesn't look very happy does he? We think that he's my husband's great grandfather.

It looks as though something was split on the photo or that there was a glare. Would anybody be able to get rid of it?

I'm trying to put together and print a selection of the photographs that we have.

That's lovely. Thank you. There's no chance that you could just do a black and white one as well is there? The rest of the photos that I have are b&w or sepia. Though, he looks so miserable. Perhaps he needs some colour in his life.
