Simon Johnson and Barbara Warren births

I am looking for information about my 8x great Grandparents Simon Johnson and Barbara Warren in 1750 in the Union of Monkstown, Dublin they baptised a daughter named Ann but I have not been able to find any information about them such as marriage and birth etc.
 If anyone could help me with this I would be very grateful thank you.

Barbara is a most uncommon name amongst the Warrens in Ireland, so should be relatively easy to trace.  Also the name Simon was unusual in the 1700s but I don't see a likely match....

However, in 1749 there was a marriage of a MARY Warren of Stillorgan (very close to Monkstown) to a Simon Johnson.  Mary was the daughter of Richard and Elinor Warren.

Could this be the couple you refer to?  Certainly the time frame would be right for this couple to have a child in 1750.

I just spotted an entry on the extracted records on FamilySearch for a marriage of a Symon Johnson & Barbara Warren, with the same year, same location, but slightly different names....

Church of Ireland records for Monkstown parish go back to the 1670s, and are held in the RCB Library in Co. Dublin.

The plot thickens...

I'd read the information about MARY Warren of Stillorgan (m) Simon Johnson in 1749 in Rev Thomas Warren's "History of the Warren Family".

However, from Shane's reply and also from the link below - it seems Mary of Stillorgan and Barbara also of Stillorgan, are the same person, or else Rev Thomas got her name wrong!  See the following thread which will be of interest:-

2 May 1698 - William son to John Johnston.
9 Dec 1700 - John of John Johnson.
5 Jan 1700 - John of John Johnson.
5 Mar 1701 - William of Simon Johnson.
21 Oct 1703 - Mary of Symon Johnson.
1 Oct 1705 - George of John Johnson.
27 Dec 1705 - Allice of Symon Johnson.
15 Jan 1705 - Daniel of Jas Johnson.
31 Dec 1706 John of John Johnsfon.
24 Mar 1707 Hannah son[sic] of Symon Johnson.
2 Jun 1708 - Edward of James Johnson.
29 Jun 1709 Mary dau. of John Johnson.

The only other Johnson entries in the Register are;

5 May 1736 - Alice of John Johnson
18 Oct 1741 - John of Jacob Johnson
5 Jul 1785 - Jane of John & Elizabeth Johnson.

The mother's name was not recorded on any entry before 1750.
