So... they only had one child each perhaps..
Thomas who married Sarah, was son of John & Jane
John who married Elizabeth Hankins at Dean in 1807, was son of Thomas & Sarah

And ...the Thomas who David found on the Muster List is most likely the one married to Sarah, son of John

John, the widower who died 1810, is the husband of Jane: but when/where did she die?

Thomas who died 1824 age 66, was son of John & Jane
Sarah who died 1827 aged 80? was wife of Thomas, perhaps

? but she could be widow of Francis
or wife of John Woolstone who married Jane Rands on 26 May 1713/14

Many thanks for all of the information. 

For some reason I had not found John bapt 1785 even though I had the marriage for Thomas and Sarah and their burials. I obviously wasn't thorough enough with the PR's (It was a long time ago)
Neither did I have Thomas's christening or John and Janes marriage so I am eternally grateful for that.

I am not too sure about the Jane Meanly in Risely though - I thought that John who died in 1810 was aged 80 which would make him bn c1830 so I will have to check that but I shall certainly look at the Riseley Woolstons and Meanly's. I had been looking at a possible candudate in Pertenhall. You have certainly given me food for thought.

Unfortunately my local LDS shut 2 years ago, supposedly temporarily but we are still waiting for it to reopen - some hope, so I can no longer access the PR's as easily. At least most of Bedfordshire are on the IGI

I doubt if John who died in 1810 had an age against the burial - not many pre 1813 burials had an age. It was Sarah in 1827 where her age is shown in transcripts as 80?

I doubt it too     I haven't actually noted that it said 80 whereas I had on Sarah's so I think I just put his approx birth date as 1730, it was probably a 'rounded' guesstimate as I was trying to link him to Thomas who I knew was supposedly 66 at death and therefore born c1758. 

The good news is that you have helped me past Thomas and Sarah and confirmed that John is their son so I'll look properly at Riseley as I am sure you are probably right.  It's good to get going on this family again.

For Regular soldiers it is worth looking in UK National Archives too [useful for French Wars] - It seems easier to search by village.  It gives name & age etc
Cant see anything for your people - but it is worth looking sometimes.

John, thanks for the info on where there is a copy of the Bedforshire Muster Lists.
I think my priority now should be a copy of Keysoe PR's as there seems to be info on there not on the IGI, I had thought it was 100% covered for most of Bedforshire parishes. I must also consider the same for Riseley

I have already searched TNA, Ancestry and FindMyPast army records. It doesn't look as though my Woolston lot liked the armed forces.     I was really trying to see which of them were in Keysoe early 1800's

I know this posting is quite old...and says completed - but I have only just found it.....

As far as my  own research goes.... John Wolston & Elizabeth (Hankins) had several children....after Hannah 1809 (bp. at Keysoe) who I didn't have!
They had:
Sally bpt. at Dean  25 Dec 1810
William 1813 (Dean)
John - born 1819 (but not baptised until 1830 at Keysoe)
Elizabeth (don't have date)
George 1821
Jane 1825 - she married Robert Flanders & gave her father as John)
Thomas
James
