Thanks Tracy!

Firstly, apologies for the daft wording in my previous post (I just realised that I wrote "we didn't realise that he died" - I must have been half asleep!).

It would be great to share information thanks, although I'm not sure I have anything new beyond where we both seem to be at regarding the tree! If I find anything I'll let you know but will message you a link to my tree etc! It is interesting that there hardly seem to be any people with the name 'Strover' around Kent at/before Thomas and Elizabeth (as far as I can see from the armchair) which makes it tricky and also intriguing.
Lucy

Hi Lucy.  We obviously sing from the same songsheet because I know exactly what you meant  ;)

My research sounds very similar to you (ie armchair, laptop, glass of wine etc).  Will reply to your message so we can compare trees.

Cheers
Tracy
