If so, this is him on the census for 1871?

Most burials from the Liverpool Workhouse took place in the Parochial cemetery Rice Lane Walton, probably in a communal grave, especially since he was unemployed and there may not have been much money for a private grave also that was the common practice of workhouse burials at that time.

Thank you for your information on Andrew Jamison, will pass it on.  As I have the 2nd edition of the burial record's, I was asked if I would look up the burial date for Andrew Jamison, but that part of Lancashire is not on, I thought that if someone had the third edition, they may look  the burial  date up.
