You don't say which island they are from. If it's Jersey have a look at

The Giot seem to mainly come from Jersey but La Souse have traces on both Islands ..The Knights are on both Islands as well many thnaks

My Grandfather James Albert Knight had connections in the Channel Islands so there may be some connections there ?
