Conisbrough Parish Record COMPLETE
« on: Sunday 16 January 11 18:48 GMT (UK) »
I'd be so grateful if anyone can help with a look-up for the marriage at St Peter's Church Conisbrough of George E. Caddick and Matilda Kendell Wood in 1869.
To continue with my research I need to know the name of George's father who I hope is named Joseph.
Any further information on the couple would be really appreciated.
Many thanks
Julie

Thanks again Carole,

Neither can I. I can't trace any of her family either except for brother George in 1871 who became an apprentice in Bradfield.
I hope to find out Matilda's possible husband George's fathers name from Conisbrough Church records and will let you know if I'm successful.

Thanks again

Julie

Thanks so very much Peramar,

I'd be really grateful to you for that as I have come to a full stop with George Caddicks possible marriage. I know it could have been at St Peter's Church in 1869 to Matilda Kendall Wood. If his father is Joseph Caddick I'll have the right one!

Many thanks

Julie

Hi Julie

Hope fully this is good news for you.

August 2nd 1869 at St Peter's church, Conisbrough George Edward Caddick aged 20, a moulder, married Matilda Kendell Wood aged 20.  George's father was named as Joseph Caddick occupation moulder.  There was no father named for Matilda.  They both made their mark.
The witnesses were James William Caddick and Mary Ann Caddick.

Please let me know if I can look up anything else for you.
