Hannah was born well before the start of Civil registration in Ireland so you will need to check for available parish records.

see :  Introduction to Irish Records

Do you know the religion of the Goode family ?

Records for part of Co. Cork are available (free) on : www.irishgenealogy.ie  The website only includes RC records at the moment, and the parishes included are in the south west of the county and city.

St. Peter's is a civil parish in Cork City. Civil parishes were sometimes given in records as place of birth.

St. Peter's is also the name of a Church of Ireland parish and church - see : http://www.corkrecords.com/StPetersIndex.htm
