hello
my gggrandfather BERNARD CLARKE was born in
CARLOW according to the 1881 british cencus
 but i haven't been able to find any info about him at all no birth no wedding no death
what am i doing wrong

Is he on the 1901 census with the same birthplace?  So you can be sure you are looking in the right parish.

Is he on the 1901 census with the same birthplace?  So you can be sure you are looking in the right parish.

Ahh but you do.

It is at http://www.census.pro.gov.uk/ you can search for free but the image costs to view.  If you could find Bernard then you'll have 2 reference points.

i have found bernard clarke in 1901 censes
not in aston where he was but in worthing i know that
it's him he still has some children with him
but is now a widow
