« on: Saturday 08 January 11 10:52 GMT (UK) »
Hi, :)

I'm looking for a Elizabeth Fairclough, this is the infromation I have so far, she was born about 1530 at Fairclough Hall in Weston, Herts and married in 1555 to a Thomas Harmer, what I'm still trying to confirm is her Parents names I think its a Thomas Fairclough and a Millscent Barre but I'am not 100% sure.

      Regards

Hi Sarah,

Elizabeth Fairclough, dau of Thomas Fairclough & Milicent Barre, was my 11th x great grandmother.
I have seen a reference to Elizabeth's father being Lawrence, but I have only been able to find and confirm Thomas as her father.

I follow her line down through Thomas Harmer, and another 4 Harmer generations before the Harmer name vanishes due to a female marriage.

I have further info about the Fairclough & Harmer lines if you're interested.

Di

Hi,

Elizabeth Fairclough was also my 11 x great grandmother, my line starts from Elizabeth Fairclough and Thomas Harmer(11x great) then goes to Thomas Harmer and Jane Kymton(10x great), George Harmer and Rebecka Bull(9xgreat), Edward Harmer and Elizabeth Flindell(8xgreat), Mary Harmer and William Chalkley(7xgreat), the Harmers then stop and it then starts with Sarah Chalkley(6xgreat).

I have quite alot of infromation on the Faircloughs and the Harmers, I just could'nt find out if it was Lawrence or Thomas who was Elizabeths dad.

 Regards
