Some extracted Clonmany marriages here- there's a John McDaid "Owencrick" listed but could be a transcription error and best to check the original record-

Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

THank you , I know it is in Clonmany, possibly Desertegny - I'm trying to locate it to see how far it is from my relatives in Urrismenagh

I think rathmore was going to try to get a new address for the website since the one posted is now a broken link.

I've just found the family on 1901 census Gortleck, Desertegny.  I am trying to locate where this is.  I think it is just over the Gap of Mamore, my relatives mCdaid come from Urrismenagh the other side of the gap.  Trying to see if a connection.  Thank you

Don't know what is going on will not let me in using the address but will if I go through google, lots of information of the Donegal Genealogy resources site but will not let me in.
the only difference in the page I saw and the page Aghadowey is giving you is McDaid can be spelt MacDaid and McKenny just Kenny
and the page I saw Rececca McKinney but the marriage date is the same as yours
will keep trying to get in to the sit if you have google, just type in the box Donegal Genealogy Resources
