Hi,

Does anyone know of where to look for birth records in Gilbraltar c1812? The name at her time of marriage (in Liverpool) was Manger which sounds English.
Am I best checking for naval personel instead?

I would look at British Military birth records after 1760, believe they are at the National Archive.
