I've sent my friend your details and plan, Tim.  Hopefully he can do something for you.

Hi Tim,

I had a quick look this afternoon from 3.00pm until 4ish. Getting a bit hard to read some of the head stones in the light as the sun was very low.

Lots of stones missing or very well worn away.

Area B1 looks like its been reclaimed - so I will chase them to see if the head stones were moved elsewhere.

I looked quickly  in areas c3 and c13 but my luck didn't hold out.

It was getting too dark to get to c18 and have a look.

There is an office there open during the week which I think has the register. I will pop in and see if they can help.

I should be that way again next week.

Rob.

It's OK Rob,  I wasn't going, but I've persuaded my friend to help out.   I've emailed him the details, but he's not the fastest in the world at collecting his emails, so two heads would probably be better than one on this  :)

Just to say I live in Tunbridge Wells and whilst indexing a Middlesbrough Cemetery (where I originate from) for Charles Sale, Photographic Resource Project, I have been contacted to find and photograph some graves in Tunbridge Wells Borough Cemetery for someone in Canada.

He has given me the grave numbers which I'll be off to search for over the next week or so.

If you would like me to help at all with your search...I'd be more than happy to help, seeing as I'm going anyway.

best wishes

Julie

Dear Julie,
Hello,thanks for your kind offer!!!

Can you see my information about the location of the gravestones?

I was told that some are missing in that cemetery because of being vandalised.

I do hope some of mine are there, the person who said they were going to look never got back to me.

Thankyou again..............Tim
