BUT I CANT FIND A MAIDEN NAME FOR HER OR A MARRIAGE DATE

Is this the couple who are living in Monmouth in 1861?

Sarah is shown as b Bradininch Devon and Robert is also shown as b Devon - not Dorset

Eldest daughter was b Devon 1845 so have you checked freebmd for a Robert Senior marriage to a Sarah in Devon between 1842-1845

If none can be found - a copy of one of their childrens birth certs will give her maiden name

The family were living in the Chepstow Registration district in 1851

Bit of a difference in Sarah's birthyear

In 1851 she is 35 so b 1816
In 1861 she is 38 so b 1823

A Robert SENNOUR married in Stoke Damerel Jun 1/4 1846 9 538. A possible wife is Sarah CHAPLIN

There is a Caroline SENIOUR born Mar 1/4 1845 Totnes 9 569 (which covers South Brent) so possibly born before marriage.

Ann SEINOR born Sep 1/4 1846 Totnes 9 52 looks like a twin to Mary Ann

a Sarah CHAPLIN was baptised 16 Feb 1823 Bradninch parents John and Sarah

Though his age is all over the place. (1811-1821)

There was a Robert SENIOUR baptised Stalbridge 15 Jul 1821 parents Robert and Tabitha. - second marriage perhaps.

Robert SENIOR of Stalbridge Dorset = Tabitha JEANS 15 May 1815 Henstringe Somerset. I don't see the marriage to Elizabeth.

Also a Robert SENIOUR baptised Stalbridge 31 May 1812 parents John and Jane (I don't see a likely in 1841 for this one)

It seems malabar was interested in a Robert born about about 1811 father John. Perhaps he has the marriage cert.

The Robert I thought was the correct one may have died in 1844 or 1846 Sturminster District (which covers Stalbridge) Hard to say who's who when ages are not listed in the death index at that time.

Robert remarried to a Margaret when sarah died in 1870

Please could someone pop the 1851 1861  cences for sarah  and robert .i dont seem to be able to find a marriage  either for them yet . thankyou if you could help ,Do seem to hit a few brick walls with them , but im trying thankyou once again
