Gore/Kelly Directory Look up for 1921?

Hi
Can anyone tell me the occupants of 2 Medlock St in Kirkdale, Liverpool please for 1921
I have tried to backtrack to 1911 census for any clues but no. 2 doesnt show up for some reason?
No 2 is definately recorded on a birth certificate for 1921

Any help much appreciated

You will have to look at the electoral rolls for that year. They are at Liverpool RO in the World Museum on film.
