My offer was for Waikato Times
Unfortunately the Hamilton Library doesn't hold historic copies of the NZ Herald (if that is what you mean)I think you need the Auckland library for that.

just a ps, mainly for others who contributed to the thread and see it is now completed, or if anyone else is curious, Diana  :D

... the notice appeared just one once, in the Herald of Friday 28th September 1956. Images emailed and appreciated, as the notice had the hoped for info.
