Found another relative on here today.  Although she joined in 2006 she hadn't posted before.  She is my Half second cousin, once removed!  Her g.grandmother and my grandmother were half sisters.

My husbands great niece contacted me last year through RC when she was looking for information about her great grandmother, my mother in-law after she saw a post I had done about 4 or 5 years ago.

My husband met his older sister for the first time last august and he has two nieces, a great nephew and two great nieces with whom we are in constant contact with now.

I should have said I've already met up with my half second cousin once removed before I saw she was on here.

Yep, second cousin once removed.

I was randomly googling for info on my grandma, and stumbled upon a post he'd made.

He's helped me out immensely with the research and I've repayed him with photographs and random family gossip and info!

Have found lots of other possible, very distant relatives, but haven't made contact.
