In the 1911 census it shows a Frank & Emily Rose Lainchbury living in Coventry---Frank was born in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire in 1874---and any information of the family etc. would be of geat interest.

As you can see, Frank and Walter are gone. The only Frank I can find is of the
right age but is a GLS farm labourer with a wife Louisa F.
Maybe Frank and Walter joined up for the South Africa war.

Many thanks fot the details you sent. I have full details of the life of Frank upto the census 1911 when he was in Coventry with his wife Emily.
I am eager to learn if they had a family and to learn about their descendants.Will probably have to visit the records office at Coventry to go further.

Oh well it was good lookup practice. 

I've had a look for Lainchbury/Daffy birth registrations from Sep 1911 onwards,
when mother's maiden name began to be indexed, and the search came up empty.
